Characteristics of Zhongguan XGS series acid fillers:
Wide range of acid volume －there are three types of fillers according to acid filling volume of each head, namely 0－500ml(small sealed battery), 0－2000ml(medium sealed battery), 0－20000ml(large sealed battery). Fill volume can be set arbitrarily from 0 to Max. value and precisely controlled according to setting by computer.
Extremely high accuracy—— theoretically, accuracy can reach one drop (without considering filling speed) as automatically controlled computer.
Never rust—— 99% of mechanical part are made of acid resistant materials like PVC, PE, Teflon, fluorine rubber and organic glass, which will never get rusted, ensuring high acid resistance and long life.
Automatic and convenient——You only need to place the battery in the filler. All filling operations will be done full automatically under the control of a special computer. Low acid level alarm will be triggered when upper or lower acid container is running short of acid.
Computer with Chinese display——Unique GPC－900 special computer with Chinese display for storing and calling process parameters like filling volume of each head etc..
