SHUANGDENG uses four 700TG full automatic assembly lines for 2V ABS container heat sealed batteries, complete with full automatic speed regulated chain conveyors, full automatic ABS heat sealing machines, roller track and universal benches, full automatic water bath air leakage testers and full automatic terminal resin curing machines etc.

Shuangdeng uses one 900X full automatic assembly line for heat sealed ABS container medium 12V VRLA batteries, complete with a punching machine, roller tracks, a full automatic squeeze welder, a full automatic high current shear tester and one full automatic heat sealing machine etc.

SACRED SUN uses 10 sets of XGS-700HK×2 large sealed battery filling machines; 2 6-nozzle small sealed battery filling machines; 9 XGC series full automatic resin curing and drying machine for large, medium and small sealed batteries; 4 Zhongguan air leakage testers; 60 meters of roller conveyor; 6 ball benches; 2 stepless speed regulation chain conveyors for assembly acid filling of large, medium and small sealed batteries using glue sealing process. Yield rate is close to 100%. The value of sealed batteries produced on these Zhongguan equipments is over 100 million RMB annually. The product quality has reached international level.
