Characteristics:
Voltage, current and time can be arbitrarily and precisely set from 0 to nominal values, and are accurately controlled by PCU in accordance with settings.
Charge control curves include constant voltage, constant current and voltage limited constant current. Full automatic PCU controlled.
Discharge control curve includes constant current. Battery energy is automatically regenerated into the AC mains during discharge operation eliminating the necessity of special loads. Full automatic PCU controlled.
Multi-step charge/discharge cycles timing: automatic switching of multi-step charge/discharge cycles can be arbitrarily programmed. With memory protection function in case of power failure, the test can be resumed and testing time accumulated when power is on.
The rectifier can work in forward serial, reverse serial, forward parallel and reverse parallel battery connections. It is applicable to weldless formation.
Charge/discharge parameters can be programmed into the computer in accordance with formation process specifications and then automatic and unattended formation can be realized. The computer will automatically control the charging/discharging process and dynamic curves, and print out data charts and curves. The tester has fault diagnosis function.
Unique XPC-900 computer with Chinese display: cycle parameters like formation charge/discharge voltage, current and time etc. are displayed on the unique XPC-900 computer in Chinese. Programming operation is interactive and prompted. It is easy, time saving, convenient, and can be learned in a moment even for a person without computer knowledge.
Central computer remote control: several XCF PCU controlled rectifiers can be controlled via a central monitoring and controlling computer. Process data and working status of each rectifier are sent to the central computer for display and storage (permanent). Formation programs can be set and operation of the rectifiers can be controlled through the central computer.
Battery capacity automatic classification interface (optional): when equipped with Zhongguan XXJ series polling device, XCF formation rectifiers and battery string charging/discharging rectifiers can automatically classify each battery as identified by its code according to capacity. Charge/discharge voltage, current, Ah, time and capacity etc. will be automatically printed.
