Full performance tests of all kinds of motorcycle, EV, automotive, stationary and traction batteries.
As long as charge/discharge voltage and current are below nominal values of the output circuit, the tester can be easily programmed by the customer so that each test circuit can carry out any performance test on 2V, 6V, 12V, 24V and 48V batteries in accordance with YD/T (communication industry standard), GB (China national standard), JB/T (China machinery industry standard), IEC, JIS, DIN and AABM (American Association of Battery Manufacturers) standards, such as high rate discharge, nominal capacity, charge/discharge cycle life, reserve capacity, charge retention, charge acceptance, over charge, over discharge and trickle charge life etc.
Characteristics:
Test voltage, current and time can be arbitrarily and precisely set in the nominal ranges. Test is precisely controlled by PCU (programmable control unit) in accordance with settings.
Charge control curves include constant current, constant voltage, voltage limited constant current and standing. Full automatic PCU controlled.
Discharge control curve includes constant current discharging till cut-off voltage or end of discharge time. Battery energy is regenerated into the AC mains during discharge operation eliminating the necessity of special loads. Full automatic PCU controlled.
Multi-step charge/discharge cycles timing control: automatic switching of multi-step of charge/discharge cycles can be arbitrarily programmed. With memory protection function while power off, the test can be resumed and testing time accumulated when power is on.
Test settings can be programmed into the computer in accordance with test standards and the test process is completely automated. The computer will automatically print out data charts and dynamic parameter curves. The tester has fault diagnosis function.
Unique XPC-900 computer with Chinese display: cycle parameters like charge/discharge voltage, current, time and Ah etc. of test battery are displayed on the unique XPC-900 computer in Chinese. Programming operation is interactive and prompted. It is easy, time saving, convenient, and can be learned in a moment even for a person without computer knowledge.
Printer (optional): when equipped with a normal printer, title (Identity like battery type etc.), open circuit voltage and end data will be printed. Parameters like voltage, current, time and Ah etc. will be printed periodically. Printing interval can be set from 1 second to 99 minutes.
Central computer communication interface and computer survey software (optional): through computer communication interface and dedicated survey software, several testers can be connected with a central monitoring and controlling computer. Test data and working status of the testers are sent to the computer for display and storage (permanent). Test programs can be set and tests can be controlled through the central computer.
Temperature signal interface (optional): when equipped with specific sensor and corresponding software, temperature during the test can be monitored and recorded. Temperature range: 0°C~99.9°C.
Fault protection: PCU automatically recognizes over voltage, over current, main circuit fault and printer error, and prompts error message in Chinese.
